This wasn't what I expected, Good or Bad?
The recently upgraded bathroom featured a fantastic rain shower, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. I appreciated the daily fresh towels and a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation.
The service experience was lackluster, with staff displaying unprofessional attitudes during interactions. The breakfast selection was limited, and noise from the surrounding area.

The quiet, the comfort of the room with two queen beds, the refrigerator and coffe maker. I also appreciated the beatiful landscaping. The location is excellent for people interested in exploring the many restaurants and shops of Castro Street; it's also very easy to get to San Jose airport and Stanford. It's an excellent value for the money.
"Continental Breakfast" is minimal: Apple or orange juice, coffee with powdered creamer, and pre-packaged pastries. This is not a big deal since there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby where you can either eat out or get breakfast items to have in your room.

I like the location, it is near the castro street, makes us easy to get food and other things. The room facility is complete also and the room is clean.
Better to change the lotion with the better fragrance and add HBO in the TV schedule.

Budget friendly for solo travelers
The location is perfect for strolling to nearby restaurants and bars without dealing with traffic, really appreciated that. The shower pressure was surprisingly strong, which makes every minute in the bathroom worthwhile.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but manageable given the circumstances.

It was cheap and the room was recently redone.
The aisle to get to the room was cluttered with junk and debri. The towels were probably the worst that I have ever used.

the rooms were updated and modern, with a shower proper instead of a bath tub. location: the hotel was close to office campuses around, the amphitheater, and the tournament.
The breakfast was fairly basic, I think it could be far better.

The location was convenient for our short visit to the
Local attractions. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, with a nice shower. The breakfast selection was rather limited, and while secure parking was a plus, it could be tight during busy times.

We stayed for 8 days in a room with two queen beds, and I found the beds comfortable and the shower worked well. I appreciated the fresh towels every day. There was a coffee machine with good options, and the continental breakfast had a variety. I noticed that I liked to explore the nearby restaurants and shops. It was convenient to have free parking right outside our room.

Availability of 2 rooms at last moment. Surgery was scheduled the next day and that was great. Continental breakfast was much appreciated.
Carpet was very soiled. Mold in the bathtub. Noisy neighbors until late in the morning hours.
